Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the item (s) has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date. Claims resulting in an error made on our part is covered at our expense.
Do you offer Refunds?
Refunds are offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If either occurs, please contact us at whatyuhseh@gmail.com within one (1) week with clear photos of the incorrect/ damaged item, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Whatâs your Return Policy?
Each product in our store is made on-demand just for YOU. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste. That said, we do NOT offer returns and exchanges at this time. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at whatyuhseh@gmail.com
Wrong Address -Â If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Items -Â Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Buyer's Remorse -Â We do not refund orders for buyerâs remorse.
Notification for EU consumers-According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Can I exchange an item for a different Size/Color/Style?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We produce all our items on demand, so requesting a size/color/style exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. If youâre unsure which size would fit best, please utilize our sizing chart listed in the product description section.
Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. In that instance, please let us know within one (1) week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the mislabeled item, in which case we will send a replacement, or issue a refund.Â
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
